        Carrizozo Heritage Museum Need Volunteers! The Carrizozo Heritage Museum is a non-profit organization operated by volunteers at 103 12th Street, Carrizozo, New Mexico.  The museum entry is free and is really a cool place. Our goal is to continue to discover, record, and provide visual displays related to Carrizozo and Lincoln County.  There are currently displays in the museum covering railroads, ranching, mining, historic families, and old historic sites.

  The museum is open from 10 am to 2 pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from early March to early November.  BUT to continue to operate, we need VOLUNTEERS.  If you have any interest in history, are civic minded, or have a little time on your hands, please consider being a VOLUNTEER at the museum.If you are interested please stop by the museum and email John Schultz., Museum Director.   jaschultz1899@gmail.com.
